Our Boys in Service
By Lucille H. Keeton
Do you know that:
The "aura" of the love and friendship which was felt in the Rossford Public Library on Sunday, June 28, will long be remembered by all in attendance. To one and all - my humble and heart-felt thanks for being there in body and those who have called saying they were there in spirit, is one I shall never forget. I will dwell on this in the next issue, so bear with me as I have a lovely poem which I want you all to have. It was written by the Revererend John R. Green, former chaplain for 15 years at the Toledo Mental Health Center, and who observed his 50th anniversary as an ordained Episcopal priest this year. May you have many more anniversaries, dear one, with your lovely Loretta. Thanks so much. Love and God Bless.
Some of the Reverend John Green's poetry has been published in the National Library of Poetry.
(The Anatomy of Prayer By John R. Green poem was inserted here in the article)
Thank you, dear John, this seems so appropriate to print at this time of my life. More of you poetry later, even though it is copyrighted but printed with your permission.
And to all "Our Boys and Girls," wherever you may be - May God Bless You and Keep You Safe All Ways and Always.
Love, Ma II
