A poem about our Lord Jesus Christ's
reluctant first miaracle

Shown with his blessing
Standing before eager bride and groom
In festive, colorful wedding room.
Raptured with music and merry singing,
Fascinated with dancers and wedding bells ringing.
Having learned since his searching Nazareth youth
The climaxing, celestial, stupendous truth,
That His Sonship from God stemming,
Was with God from the eternal beginning.
Now was the engaging hour,
Urged to demonstrate his Godly power;
Reluctantly turning water into wine,
Though preferring to await a more strategic way
His first miracle to display.
