Molly Boyer Ehni was born on July 18, 1933 in Toledo, Ohio. Her elder sister is Nancy Boyer.

Molly graduated from Libbey High School in Toledo, Ohio. She graduated from Colorado College, Colorado Springs, Colorado with a degree in Elementary Education and Art History.

Molly was a Kindergarden Teacher in Toledo, Ohio. Later, she became an Elizabeth Wayne Nursery School Teacher in Maumee, Ohio. Much later, Molly did Post Graduate Studies in Sinology. She made six trips to China.

Molly met Thomas M. Ehni (Garden Wall Niche 3B) during high school and attending Trinity Episcopal Church in Toledo, Ohio. Molly married Tom in 1957. Her daughters are Karen Gautreaux and Marcia Wernet.

Toledo Art Museum

Molly was an active member of the Toledo Museum of Art becoming an Art Museum Aide and serving in the Annual Membership Drive and the Artravel Committee. She and Tom led several Art Museum trips.

She was a member of the Book Explorers, Maumee Garden Club, her monthly Libbey High School Bridge Club, and St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Maumee, Ohio.

Molly died at home on November 11, 2005 in Maumee, Ohio.
