Kenneth Wayne Baden was born on June 23, 1936 in Henry County, Ohio to Frieda (Brandt) and William E. Baden. His siblings are Norma M. Smith, Marvin F. Baden, and Donald W. Baden.

He attended Ohio State University. Doctor Kenneth Baden graduated from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Missouri.

Kenneth married Patricia Baden. Their children are Julie K. and Aaron K. Baden.

He was on the staff of Parkview Hospital and partnered with Dr. G. B. Blossom at Valleybrook Clinic in Toledo, Ohio for 27 years.

Kenneth was a Board Certified member of the American College of Osteopathic Family Practice. He was also a member of the Ohio and National Osteopathic Associations.

He was a resident of Waterville, Ohio. He was an Anthony Wayne Marching Generals band booster. He was also a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Maumee, Ohio

He loved salmon fishing.

Kenneth died at the Hospice Inpatient Care Unit on September 16, 1993 in Sylvania, Ohio.
