Louise Charlene (Armstrong) Watts was born on September 1, 1946 at Toledo Hospital in Toledo, Ohio to Lola Louise (Seem) and Paul Edward Armstrong. Her siblings are Irma Eileen Zabowski, Rose Elma (Fletcher) Klink, Shirley Jean Ponceby, James [Jim] Samuel Armstrong, and Linda Lee Columber. Louise was the youngest.
Louise graduated from Anthony Wayne High School in Whitehouse, Ohio on (Month Day, Year). She attended Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio majoring in Library Science.

Louise married David Stephen Watts (Garden Wall Niche 23C). at 2:00 PM on June 19, 1966 in the First Methodist Church, Duncanville, Dallas, Texas by Associate Minister Ralph L. Smith and witnessed by Francis P. Grisez and Corliss Wright. Their daughter is Katherine Marie McDonnell. Their grandchildren are George Joseph Sawyer, IV; Sarah Louise Sawyer; and David Stephen Sawyer.
Louise first worked as a Dental Assistant for Dr. Charles A. Holloway in Whitehouse, Ohio. Then she was a Retail Clerk at the Little House gift shop in Waterville, Ohio. She and her sister Shirley Ponceby took ownership of the Little House and ran it for several years. Louise then worked as a Retail Clerk and Purchaser at Whitehouse Apothecary and finally around 2016, at Larry's Variety Cards and Gifts, both run by pharmacist Larry Reed in Whitehouse, Ohio.
Louise always remembered family and friend's birthdays with cards and gifts.
