David Stephen Watts was born on May 19, 1942 at the Knowlesly Arms boarding house, 14 Knowle Ave, Blackpool, England to Hephzibah [Betty] (Young) (Obituary Necrology Panels) and Hartley [Steve] Stephenson Watts.
David graduated from Audubon Junior High School in Los Angeles, California on June 21, 1957. He graduated from John H. Francis Polytechnic High School in Los Angeles, California on June 17, 1960. For details see my resume.

David served in the United States Army from September 7, 1961 until December 15, 1967, mainly as an Infantry, Heavy Weapons, Mortarman. Special duties included Noncommissioned Officer's School, Company Training Sergeant, U.S. Army Exhibit Unit, and Basic Training Platoon Sergeant-Instructor. Served in the United States, West Germany, and South Vietnam, attaining the rank of Staff Sergeant (E6), and receiving an Honorable Discharge. For details see my resume.

David married Louise Charlene (Armstrong) (Garden Wall Niche 23D). at 2:00 PM on June 19, 1966 in the First Methodist Church, Duncanville, Dallas, Texas by Associate Minister Ralph L. Smith and witnessed by Francis P. Grisez and Corliss Wright. Their daughter is Katherine Marie McDonnell. Their grandchildren are George Joseph Sawyer, IV; Sarah Louise Sawyer; and David Stephen Sawyer. For details see my Family Tree.
David graduated from Michael J. Owens Technical College in Perrysburg, Ohio on June 15, 1978, receiving an Associates Degree in Applied Business - Computer Programming Technology and Honors in Outstanding Academic Achievement in Computer Programming Technology. Completed Nurse Aide Training and Competency Evaluation Program on October 23, 2009 at Med1Care in Toledo, Ohio. Passed the 'Ohio State Tested Nurse Aide Exam' on November 14, 2009 in Toledo, Ohio, and placed on Ohio's STNA Registry. For details see my resume.
David has a broad work background, starting with brief work in kitchens and retail sales in Los Angeles, California in his youth; eleven years in granulated food packaging at International Automated Machines in Perrysbug, Ohio; over twenty years as a Computer Programmer Analyst at Bostwick-Braun hardware, and Seaway Food Town and Spartan Store grocers in Toledo and Maumee, Ohio; nine years as adult day caregiver at Paul's Peers Respite Care at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Maumee, Ohio; and over six years as caretaker and Sexton of St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Maumee, Ohio. He was a Spartan Stores Medical Emergency Response Team member in 2002 and 2003. He volunteered at Nature's Nursery in Whitehouse, Ohio in 2019. He was a long time American Red Cross Blood Donor. David's Personal Computers performed BOINC tasks in scientific and medical research. He created his own personal Struggling Anglican website including a Family Tree and the Memorial Garden and Columbarium, St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Maumee, Ohio, remembering those who died.
