Clifford Joseph Dunn was born on March 21, 1915 in Toledo, Ohio to Carolin (Zeller) and Thomas J. Dunn.

He graduated from Waite High School in Toledo, Ohio in 1934.

Clifford served in the United States Army during World War II.

Clifford married Elfrida G. (Hurst) Reiter Dunn (North Garden Plaque Plate 02-02) on June 23, 1978. His step children are Stanley Reiter, Edward Reiter, and Pamela Jean Long.

He worked at the building supplier Kuhlman Corporation for 26 years retiring in 1976.

Clifford resided in Bowling Green. Ohio. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles; Barton Smith Masonic Lodge 613 in Toledo, Ohio; and St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Maumee, Ohio.

Clifford died at St. Luke's Hospital on June 19, 1998 in Maumee, Ohio.
